Historical development:

  • 1968 An additional activity was founded, the founders of which were the Fofonjka brothers. The production of coil springs for dynamo and electric starters on semi-automatic machines of its own construction has started.
  • 1970 Opened a business for the production of springs with an initial capital of 20,000 DM. The first automatic machine for the production of springs "Schenker FA-6S" was purchased
  • 1973 The growth rate in the first 3 years of the company is 100%.
  • 1978 Purchased the first “Stanz-biege” machine gun “Koradi BA-2”. The program expands to more complex wire and tape products.
  • 1980 Production space increased to 400 m2. Employed 15 workers.
  • 1985 Adopted own technology for the production of springs for vacuum cleaners and seat belts.
  • 1988 Adopted technology for the production of double torsion springs.
  • 1991 Relocation to a new production hall of 1500 m2. The beginning of orientation in the European market.
  • 1993 Adopted production technology of magazine springs.
  • 1994 Purchased the first CNC spring machine - "MULTI FORMING"
  • 1996 Modernization of the CNC machine tool shop.
  • 1997 Entry into the European market for double torsion springs. The company employs 35 workers with a growth rate of 11%.
  • 1998 Entry into the Italian double torsion springs market. Employed 53 workers, growth rate 45%.
  • 1999 Entry into the European car industry. Adoption of the ISO 9001 standard. Employed 60 workers.
  • 2000 Growth rate 50%. Efficiency increase 32.1%. Employed 73 workers.
  • 2002 - 2003 Adoption of ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 standards
  • 2004 Adoption of ISO / TS 16949
  • 2018 Adoption of ISO 27001 and ISO 22301 standards and switch to a new norm IATF 16949
  • 2021 Introduction of a new digital WMS warehouse management system

According to the production program and size, we represent the most important springs product manufacturers in Croatia. The average age of employees in the production of springs is 37 years, with more than 100 employees in our company is a good basis for cost optimization.

High qualification structure, quality selection of staff, system training and high technology are the advantages of the company.

Springs production

A wire with a diameter of 0.1 mm to 5.0 mm and a strip up to 2 mm thick are used. Depending on the type of material we use: carbon steels for springs, alloy steels and bronze. In agreement with the customer and our suppliers, there is the possibility of processing other types of materials according to customer requirements.

To ensure constant product quality, ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 standards are implemented. The company has also implemented ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards for better environmental and occupational safety management also ISO 22301 and ISO 27001 for better data protection and better business continuity management.

We are certified by Quality Austria and a domestic (URS) certification body. Quality control is performed in all segments of production in three phases: input control, interstep control and final control.
